Our warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are valid for domestic use. Proof of purchase is required when making a warranty claim.
Warranty Coverage for Other Products
Any additional products supplied by ASAP Cabinetry that are not manufactured by us are covered under the manufacturer’s own warranty terms and conditions.
Warranty Exclusions
- The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear over time, including minor scratches, marks, or accidental impact damage
- Incorrect installation, handling, storage, or assembly
- Installation that does not follow the provided instructions
- Misuse, neglect, or intentional damage
- Inadequate or improper maintenance, including the use of unsuitable cleaning products or methods (Care and maintenance guidelines are available upon request via Admin@asapcabinet.com.au )
- Failure to follow recommended care instructions
- Changes in colour or surface condition caused by excessive exposure to light, heat, moisture, or steam
- Unauthorised alterations, modifications, or use outside the intended product guidelines
- Damage caused by repair work or modifications not approved by ASAP Cabinetry
- Water damage or prolonged exposure to moisture
